Job Details :
- Title : Manager, People & Culture

- Location : Hybrid 3 days in-office in Washington, DC
- Salary : $90k-$100k
Candidate profile and qualifications :
- Experience : 6+ years of HR experience, with proven generalist duties + managerial responsibilities
- Strong compliance and regulation experience is a must have
- Technical Skills : Proficient in UKG, HRIS
- Soft Skills : Flexible, the ability to pivot, multitask and prioritize
- Education : Bachelors preferred, experience in lieu
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Administer benefits and open enrollment.
- Provide guidance to staff on matters of employment relations and performance management issues.
- Design and implement of programs for full employee engagement and participation.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to process payroll.
- Manage day-to day HR operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Maintain HRIS system (UKG).
- Support DEI initiatives.
