Position Overview

As a Project Manager , you'll oversee a portfolio of complex low-voltage projects from planning to final commissioning. This role ensures every project aligns with IK Systems' standards for quality, safety, and budget adherence .

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure client satisfaction throughout each project phase.

Key Responsibilities :

• Portfolio Management : Direct a portfolio of low-voltage projects, setting achievable goals to deliver successful outcomes.
• Project Planning & Execution : Use best-practice PMO methodologies to tailor project plans that meet client needs within budget.
• Lifecycle Management : Oversee procurement, scheduling, deployment, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Team Leadership : Coach and guide field deployment and engineering teams to ensure understanding of objectives and milestones.
• Subcontractor Management : Manage relationships, bids, contracts, and payments to ensure alignment with project quality and timelines.
• Financial & Performance Tracking : Track project revenue , profitability , and forecasting for alignment with IK Systems' goals.
• Safety Coordination : Advocate for worksite safety , partnering with the company safety committee to reinforce adherence to safety protocols.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience : 5+ years of Project Management experience in low voltage systems or commercial construction with knowledge of regulated environments
• PMP Certification preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Skills : Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit for creating and interpreting project drawings
• Leadership : Proven success leading project teams to achieve on-time delivery and client satisfaction .
• Financial Management : Deep understanding of financial controls related to project budgets, contract types, and revenue.
• Risk Management : Ability to proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies .
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication, with presence to engage executive stakeholders.
