Location : Knoxville, TN (remote position, no residency required)
Employment Type : Full-time, 1099 Independent Contractor (35-40 hours / week)
We are working with a school district in Tennessee who has multiple remote Special Education needs. These positions within the district are diverse, however each position will include the following general Key Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities :
Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for diverse learners
Perform online assessments and track student achievements
Collaborate with teaching staff, families, and specialists
Provide personalized instruction via virtual learning platforms
Keep accurate and detailed educational records
Participate in online team meetings and professional development sessions
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Special Education or related field (required)
Active state licensure in Special Education (required)
Proficiency in online teaching technologies and tools
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Talent for creating engaging virtual learning experiences
Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills
