Company Description
Association Member Trust (AMT) is a not-for-profit multi-association benefits trust that provides self-funded health and dental benefits programs to participating association employer members.
AMT combines employer units from seventeen independent trade associations to offer comprehensive benefits and cost savings.
The trust operates in accordance with the NJ MEWA law and is registered with the NJ Department of Banking and Insurance.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Computer Network Technician at AMT. The Computer Network Technician will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, technical support, computer networking, and network security.
The role is located in Short Hills, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience
- Network Administration, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills
- Computer Networking and Network Security skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of network protocols and hardware
- Experience configuring and maintaining network devices, computer equipment (including monitors, laptop, printers)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with network monitoring and performance optimization
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MCP and Microsoft Cloud Products).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Servers and Active Directory
- Knowledge with Microsoft Exchange, VWmare ESXI and vSphere.
