ResponsibilitiesAssist the Pharmacist In Charge with daily functionsSupervise Floor Technicians to ensure productivity standards are metAllocate staffing resources based on current workflowMaintains floor stock, restocking, removal of expired medications in a timely mannerAssist in processing returned drugs and recycle / dispose per procedureRotate stock of medication areas to assure quality controlsPrepack for floor bulk prescribed medicationsPackage fill and ship medicationsPrepare compound & IV medicationResponsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policiesComplies with departmental policies regarding safety, attendance, and dress code.
