We are seeking a QC Scientist to join the team in a GMP-regulated environment . This on-site role will focus on managing key quality control testing processes and ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards.
Key Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of QC experience in a GMP environment (contract lab, CMO, biologics, cell therapy, or any other sterile manufacturing orgainsation).
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (required).
- Strong experience in QC microbiology and environmental monitoring .
- Preferred, but not essential : prior supervisory experience .
- Ability to work on-site full-time.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage QC testing processes, including microbiology and environmental monitoring .
- Oversee technical transfer projects , ensuring successful execution and timely completion.
- Supervise and mentor junior QC staff, helping develop their technical and leadership skills.
