Reports to the Trauma Coordinator and is responsible for data registry information related to the Trauma programs. In doing so, keeps the county mandated patient data entry up to date and sent into county as specified by policy and procedure, keeps office supplies available for smooth operations, and communicates with Trauma team regarding requested statistical information.

Required Qualifications :
- 1 year Secretarial experience.
- 1 year Experience working closely with physicians or in medical office.
- 2 year Experience working with trauma data analysis or ICD-9 coding.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Coursework / Training College or Vocational training.
- upon hire : Emergency Medical Technician License (EMT) or Critical Care Tech.
- Secretarial experience with scheduling of meetings and acting as contact person for educational programs.
