What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Manage the process of converting and deploying software at component manufacturers, lumberyards, and framers
- Identify business processes for component manufacturing, estimating, efficiency, production, and delivery
- Develop and customize systems using the MiTek Production Software to meet customer needs
- Train customers in the use of MiTek Production Software offerings
- Support customers throughout the conversion process until completion
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Associates Degree in building software, computer information, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of related experience in the Building Component Industry required
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Applications
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Experience in problem-solving and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with the operations of a truss plant and the needs of management
