Fast-growing company in Oklahoma City needs skilled and experienced HR Director to manage talent acquisition, training, internal audits, state and federal compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

This full-time position will work in the OKC office and may occasionally require hours outside normal business hours. Computers and software are provided;

healthcare benefits and 401(k) are available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal leadership to create and hire vacant and new positions in the DRC group of companies.
  • Ensure proper documentation, certification, and licensure for each employee.
  • Lead conversations and implement processes to manage compensation, payroll, benefits, equipment, risk management, internal audits, and state and federal compliance.
  • Build training protocols for each new role, ensuring successful onboarding of new staff members, fidelity to processes and protocols, and uninterrupted service to clients.
  • Oversee the performance management process to ensure that employees meet organizational goals with their work.
  • Support managers in delivery of corrective and disciplinary actions such as performance improvement plans or termination.
  • Maintain inventory list of all DRC equipment assigned to employees
  • Manage employee handbook and policies, alerting employees to changes or updates.
  • Maintain employee assistance program (EAP)
  • Oversee the risk management / quality control process
  • Compiles all compliance and mandates reporting requirements, including those related to EEO, ADA, ERISA, and the Department of Labor.
  • Research, understand and communicate labor laws, ensure compliance is met.
  • Other duties as assigned by the owners.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in HR, strategic planning, and management
  • Knowledge of other state HR requirements a plus, not required.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively to produce organized results
  • Ability to travel within and outside the state as needed (10%)
