Job Title : Accounting Analyst level II
Location : Camden, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days a week in office)
Duration : 4 + Months (high possible of extension or conversion to perm)
Job Description
Primary Accounting Responsibilities :
- Accounting for supply chain operations including freight, warehousing, contract manufacturing, procurement contracts, and inventory aging / obsolescence.
- Partner with the Corporate Controllers group to support relevant external financialdisclosures.
- Prepare journal entries accurately and in a timely manner during period close.
- Prepare clear and accurate account reconciliations.
- Contribute in the preparation quarterly deliverables related to balance sheet and P&L analysis.
- Assist with the implementation of new accounting standards as applicable to this area.
- Assist with internal and external audits through coordination of requests and implementation of follow-up actions.
- Partner with the business in continuous improvement efforts, projects, system implementations and other initiatives.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the department.
- Advance dashboards and data visualization reporting and analysis.
- Partner with the Corporate Controllers group, the Supply Chain Finance team, Division Finance teams, and functional counterparts to complete ad hoc reporting and analysis.
