We are looking for a Trade Sales Rep that is a self starter, highly organized with great communication skills, high attention to detail and has the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Trade Sales Rep will support Inside Weathers growing Trade & B2B business by identifying, vetting and bringing on key accounts that will grow with the business and become high LTV customers.
This is an opportunity for someone with a strong sales and design background with industry knowledge to establish key relationships for the business, with the potential to earn a high bonus / commission.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and prospect to key accounts and grow book of business for Inside Weather
- Offer design services and create visual mood boards to facilitate, drive deals and grow repeat business
- Manage and track sales opportunities via our CRM while maintaining an accurate pipeline and up to date records
- Collaborate cross-functionally to determine areas of opportunity and strategies for improvement
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify key questions, problems and develop processes to create sales workflow efficiencies
- Research and be an expert in the industrys sales and designs trends and report to key stakeholders on how this may impact business
- Communicate clearly and set proper expectations both internally and externally
Job Requirements Experience :
- Minimum 2 years working in a sales role with industry knowledge
- Interior design background with experience in the furniture industry is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Organized, self starter with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Zendesk is a plus)
