Description :

Responsible for providing direct nursing care as ordered by physician, outlined in the plan of care, and in

accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations. Takes charge in leading and directing

resident / patient care on assigned shift. Directly supervises Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified

Nursing Assistants to ensure assignments and care are complete based on professional standards.

Requirements :

• ? Personally participates in the assessment and delivery of care including medication

administration, treatments, Adl care, etc. as ordered by physician and outlined in the plan of

care. Performs all direct care outside of LPN scope of practice while remaining within RN scope

of practice.
