Senior Communications Consultant
Duration : 3-month contract (20 hrs / week with opportunity for up to 40 hrs / week)

The Senior Communications Consultant will be responsible for creating and distributing digital content across multiple platforms, ensuring strategic placement and optimizing audience engagement through data analysis and performance insights.
The role focuses on developing systems, executing paid social ads, and refining strategies based on metrics.
Position Responsibilities
Set up and deploy paid social advertising through platforms such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and X Ads.
Analyze content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Sprinklr) and create custom dashboards for tracking metrics.
Design and execute A / B testing to optimize digital content based on data-driven insights.
Extract insights from performance metrics to inform and adjust content strategy.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and analysis of industry standards.
Create engaging digital content aligned with audience engagement goals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
Position Requirements
610 years of experience in digital communications, content creation, or data analysis.
Expertise in Smartsheet, Meta Ads, and Sprinklr social listening.
Experience with A / B testing and data analysis for performance optimization.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with tools for user behavior analytics, data visualization, and competitive benchmarking.
