Moreau Fitness is seeking a goal-oriented, passionate Exercise and Movement Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to motivate and inspire clients to reach their health and fitness goals.
By providing personalized training services-including in-person assessments and one-on-one training sessions-you will empower clients to maximize their workouts, improve efficiency, enhance fitness and stamina, and elevate their overall sense of well-being.
Our Exercise and Movement Specialists are dedicated to delivering a highly personalized experience to clients, while also meeting productivity and revenue targets.
As a personal trainer at Moreau Fitness, you will conduct complimentary training sessions, in-person assessments, personal training sessions, and virtual training sessions.
The key objective of this role is to engage clients and encourage their participation in all services provided by Moreau Fitness, ensuring an exceptional workout experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct client assessments using our proprietary assessment protocols.
- Guide clients through their onboarding experience.
- Deliver complimentary initial assessments and personal training sessions.
- Develop safe, engaging, and effective personal training programs tailored to each client.
- Accurately administer various training sessions offered at Moreau Fitness.
- Promote the sale and service of all health services provided by Moreau Fitness, including supplements, wellness advising, and any future offerings.
- Arrive on time for all training appointments and ensure they are conducted within the scheduled time frame.
- Keep clients motivated and satisfied with their workout plans and recommendations.
- Demonstrate sales success by meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly client acquisition and retention goals.
- Address and resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner, escalating issues when necessary.
- Complete administrative tasks, including charting, client emails, program design, and meeting preparation, in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Nationally recognized Personal Training certification is highly preferred.
- Sales experience is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience designing personalized workout programs for clients is preferred.
- Experience in movement assessment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds.
