POSITION DESCRIPTION
Excel is seeking a Business Development Manager who can help us grow by generating new business and relationships in both commercial and residential transactions.
The Business Development Manager will partner with various customers and clients to enhance existing business relationships and develop new ones, as we continue to grow Excel.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Execute outbound strategy and continuously develop new relationships with key partners which may result in new potential business for Excel.
- Respond to inbound leads quickly and effectively.
- Meet with and educate potential prospects on our commercial and residential title services.
- Qualify and convert prospects into clients for our service.
- Client relationship management.
- Manage a robust and dynamic pipeline within our CRM with current notes and statuses.
- Partner with clients to make informed decisions regarding real estate.
- Work closely with title and escrow teams to ensure the needs of clients are met.
- Collaborate with Marketing to manage and optimize the CRM, ensuring effective tracking of client interactions and streamlined communication strategies.
- Work alongside Marketing to refine content creation across various platforms, enhancing brand visibility and engagement with targeted audiences.
- Work with Marketing to enhance client satisfaction, including developing and implementing feedback mechanisms to capture customer insights and improve title services.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Candidate must maintain a Title Insurance Agent license.
- Candidate should have demonstrated experience with title insurance and related services.
- Candidate should have demonstrated experience working in Commercial Real Estate.
- Demonstrated experience working in Residential Mortgage Insurance is a plus but not required.
