Salary : $70,000 - $80,000

About the Role : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Epicor Prophet 21 ERP Migration Specialist to join team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the migration of our existing ERP systems to Epicor Prophet 21, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to our business operations.

This position requires in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, strong project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the migration of the current ERP system to Epicor Prophet 21, including planning, execution, and post-migration support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure they are met during the migration process.
• Conduct data mapping, conversion, and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop and implement migration strategies, timelines, and milestones.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the new ERP system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during and after the migration process.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the migration process, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously monitor the performance of the new ERP system and recommend improvements as needed.
• Recognize when the system needs cleanup and initiate improvements to enhance the company's operations.

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of proven experience in ERP system migration, specifically with Epicor Prophet 21.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and data management, including data mapping, conversion, and validation techniques.
• Proficient Excel skills.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and third-party outsourced companies.
• Experience with Office 365.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
