Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Meet or exceed call handling and customer satisfaction targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service offerings.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and call center scripts.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with computer systems and customer service software (e.g., CRM tools).
