- Organizes timely project meetings and involves necessary team members to set and discuss objectives and potential obstacles.
- Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration and service desk administration.
- Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion.
- Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND FIVE years of RECENT relevant project management experience, with a progression in responsibility.
- 10 years PM experience managing medium to large scale IT projects.
- Current PMP Certification.
- At least 3 years IT consulting experience.
- SCRUM Master and Product Owner Experience.
- Advanced proficiency in System Development Life Cycle AND Agile methodology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools, Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, and Azure DevOps.
- Skilled at conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate to management, business, and technical personnel.
