Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Executive Assistant & Event Coordinator.
This critical role will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects for our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Manage calendar (schedule appointments, respond to meeting requests, etc..) for team Director
- Plan and execute internal and external marketing events (agenda, secure speakers, food and beverage, etc .), being on-site when needed
- Lead and manage special projects, from initiation to closure, including timelines, resource allocation, communication, project budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient resource utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and understood
- Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; help the full team build project management best practices, tools, and organizational policies
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience in a marketing role
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress, Drupla, Joomla, etc.)
- Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand / business challenges
