Description
The Revenue Cycle Specialist reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities :
- Develop knowledge of operating systems associated with endpoint hardware platforms (Windows, OS X), telephony and telephony hardware, pagers, printers and multi-function printers.
- Provides desktop hardware and software problem identification and resolution for all endpoint hardware and related equipment / peripherals.
- Meet department objectives by identifying and evaluating trends, analyzing variances, and initiating any corrective actions or adjustments.
- Prepare reconciliations, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions on transactions with a high degree of complexity in support for Revenue Cycle and operating departments.
- Determine system issues, breakdowns, and opportunities in revenue cycle workflows and collaborate with other NM resources to implement change.
- Present metric information and workflow optimization opportunities to revenue cycle management.
- Implement metric driven changes based within revenue cycle workflows.
- Organize key resources for Revenue Cycle and operating departments
Qualifications
Required :
- Degree in Finance / Accounting or related field.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant experience in addition to the position's minimum requirements.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and accounting skills.
- High level of precision and attention to detail.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Works well in a team environment.
