Role
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company's goals and objectives
- Provide strategic guidance and support to management and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational success
Talent Management and Development
- Oversee the recruitment and retention of top talent, including executive-level positions, by developing effective recruitment strategies, building strong employer branding, and fostering a positive candidate experience
- Develop and implement leadership development programs, succession planning strategies, and employee training and development initiatives to support employee growth and career advancement
Compliance and Employee Relations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related legal matters
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms, to drive employee engagement and development
Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in HR
- 5-10+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Master's degree, MBA, or PH.D. is a bonus
- Global experience is important - working with internal partners outside of the US
- Must be fully onsite to build out the HR organization
- Relevant industry backgrounds must include manufacturing
