Powerback Pediatrics offers comprehensive services for children from birth to 3 years old in our Early Intervention program, and up to age 17 in our school or community based programs.
Our therapists support children in their typical learning environments and provide services to help them overcome challenges and reach new possibilities.
Early Intervention services are provided in a child's home or preschool for eligible children under the age of three with developmental delays or disabilities.

Responsibilities :
- Provides therapy services to children and initiates referrals when appropriate
- Conducts evaluations annually and produces six-month reviews of IFSP plan
- Determines need for intervention / treatment and produces IFSP goals as requested
- Develops treatment plans and methods to achieve identified goals
- Establishes treatment schedule and provides frequency of services as determined by IFSP plan
- Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in the treatment plan
- Monitors child's response to intervention and modifies treatment as indicated
- Develops appropriate home or community programming to maintain and enhance the child's development
Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Valid license to practice in appropriate State. Early Intervention Temporary or Full Credential. Regular attendance.
