Physical Therapist- Early Intervention
Program : CHILD Therapy Services
Location : Based in Arlington Heights, IL
In person and Telehealth therapy sessions across the Chicagoland and Suburbs
Hours : Flexible hours
Pay : $65 / EI billable hour
Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency that specializes in providing innovative services and opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities such as Autism and Down Syndrome.
The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services to children (aged 0-3) who are enrolled in Early Intervention in the CHILD Therapy program.

Qualifications
Minimum Education / Experience Requirements :
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current PT license in Illinois
- 1 year of experience as a physical therapist with preschool aged children in a hospital, educational, or clinical setting or experience with children with multiple disabilities
