As the Learning Experience Design Consultant you will collaborate with business partners and stakeholders in curating learning resources.
You will be responsible for overseeing the analysis, design, implementation and evaluation of learning solutions to meet strategic and operational objectives while creating a positive learner experience.
How you will create impact :
- Leading end-to-end competency based learning experiences, including curating the design and development of learning paths, assessments and coaching activities for all types of learning.
- Designing story boards, instructional strategies and interactive content while incorporating formal and informal methodologies for identified audiences.
- Understanding business unit needs and projects to recommend learning design elements and resources for online or blended learning programs.
- Advising and supporting training professionals and business units to ensure learning experience, design standards and best practices are maintained.
- Coordinating events and resources to evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of learning programs across the organization.

To join our team :
- You have five years of experience in a learning and development role, including expertise designing, developing and implementing learning programs on varying scales.
- You have a post-secondary diploma in a related discipline.
- You have a certification in Adult Learning Design.
- You have a proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), content design software and other learning and development technologies.
- You have advanced knowledge of adult learning theory / concepts and blended learning strategies with a demonstrated skill in training needs analysis and training evaluation methods.
- This position primarily works with majority non-francophone groups, and teams located outside of Québec, and requires proficiency in English.
The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.

Expected Salary Range : $69,000 $115,000
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to : local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
