About the role :
NNN Pro , the market leading commercial real estate net lease investment sales team in the country, is looking to hire an Associate level Real Estate Salesperson focused on the Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) sector to join its rapidly growing New York City-based brokerage business.
NNN Pro was formed more than 20 years ago, has sold / closed more than $33 billion of net leased real estate, and includes more than 100 team members located across the country.
As part of this role, the Associate Salesperson will have a targeted coverage focused on representing owners, operators, and investors in the Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) space.
Candidates must have strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and previous experience in commercial real estate, industrial, and sales.
Associates will receive a forgivable draw in addition to commissions, however, please note this role is a primarily commission-based role with unlimited earnings potential.
Responsibilities :
- Database and perform proactive outreach to prospective clients in the industrial outdoor storage space
- Create proposal packages, marketing materials, and offering memorandums to help obtain new listings
- Perform market and property research to be used in marketing materials and valuation reports
- Analyze, review, and interpret real estate source documents, including operating statements, loan documents, leases, and other due diligence material
- Consolidate sales, market, and rent comparables
- Assist in deal management efforts including drafting / collecting key documents
- Travel to sites / properties to provide brokers / clients with informed insights
Required Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of experience working in commercial real estate (brokerage, acquisitions, or asset management), specifically working with industrial / IOS assets
- Experience or demonstrated interest in sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must obtain New York State Real Estate License within first 90 days (if do not already have)
