The Packaging Agent is essential in the final stages of our cannabis product lifecycle. By closely collaborating with the production team, you ensure that each cannabis product, from flower to extract, is packaged precisely and attractively, adhering to strict quality and compliance standards.
What does the day-to-day look like?
You'll be hands-on with various cannabis products, ensuring each one is meticulously weighed, assembled, and packaged to meet our precise standards.
You'll master the art of operating our packaging machinery, making sure every product is perfectly sealed and labeled. Keeping your equipment and workspace spotlessly clean will be part of your daily routine, crucial for smooth operations.
Adhering to our SOPs, you'll maintain a keen focus on quality control throughout the packaging process and meticulously document your work in our track and trace system, preparing our products for a flawless journey to distribution.
You'd be a great fit if
- You’re at least 21 years of age or older.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, production, manufacturing, or similar environment.
- Are detail-oriented, capable of performing repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Thrive in a team environment and possess a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Are eager to learn and adept at safely operating and maintaining facility equipment.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
