If you are coming from a broker-dealer, they can buy your book from the company
Compensation is over half of the management fees.
Firm pays FULL travel & expenses, 2 / 3rd of top shelf medical & 401k
Ideal Qualifications for the Candidate :
You are an RIA
Local to Lower Fairfield County
Manage and buy customized fund of individual accounts and securities
Required Qualifications for Firm :
4+ yrs experience
20M book minimum
No licenses or MBA required, could have 65
Desire to grow your own business
Strong prospecting & business development skills
