Compensation : $50-$55k base salary + comission (uncapped!)

Position Overview : We are seeking an Entry-Level recruiter (on-site) with strong interpersonal skills to join our on-site team in Midtown Manhattan.

The ideal candidate will be driven, proactive, and passionate about connecting candidates with our clients' open positions.

Key Responsibilities :

Source, identify, and screen potential candidates who meet company standards.

Inform applicants about our operations, employment opportunities, and benefits.

Utilize search engines and social media platforms to generate leads.

Develop recruiting and referral programs.

Handle and coordinate with clients and applicants.

Qualifications :

Self-starter, comfortable with making high volume candidate calls.

Sharp communication skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Suite.

Recruiting experience is a plus!

Spanish bilingual is a plus!
