- $10,000 Recruitment incentive
- BSN (or higher) premium - $1.00 / hour
- Certification premium - $1.25 / hour
- Night premium - $4.50 / hour
- Weekend premium - $4.00 / hour

Our Postpartum unit at UW Medical Center-Montlake is looking for experienced postpartum Registered Nurse.
OUR POSTPARTUM UNIT :
- Family-centered focus
- 18 postpartum mother / baby rooms
- Cares for medically complex and high-risk postpartum patients
OUR POSTPARTUM NURSES :
- Provide the highest-level of care for our patients by working with Obstetric, Maternal Fetal Medicine and Pediatric / Newborn providers who are in-house and accessible around the clock.
- Have access to certified lactation consultants 7-days per week.
- Collaborate with dedicated perinatal social workers for care coordination, as needed.
- Adhere to AWHONN staffing standards.
Nurse patient ratios are assigned by acuity

Ratios can be anywhere from 1 : 3-1 : 6 (mother 1 patient, Baby 1 patient).
SCHEDULE : 90% Nights
REQUIREMENTS :
- One or more years in postpartum or perinatal units.
- Have or obtain a WA state license to practice as an RN or MSL.
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
