Ewing Subaru of Plano is currently seeking a Loan Car Coordinator . This position actively works with our customers to smoothly transition them into a loaner vehicle when the customer arrives for service.
This position will be responsible for the daily in and out duties needed to run our fleet of loaner vehicles .
Duties include but are not limited to :
- Oversee check in and check out process for all loaners / rentals.
- Be able to open and close all loaner / rental contracts
- Be able to record damages and oversee repairs if needed
- Be able to coordinate with the sales department the removal / import of vehicles
- Make sure fleet is clean and loan ready
- Be able to perform valet and porter duties
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and go over loaner / rental expectations
