Position : Escrow Officer Location : Pleasant Grove, UT Hybrid and Remote Options Available Our client is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join their team in Pleasant Grove, UT.
This is not an entry-level position; candidates must have an established book of business and a strong drive to succeed.
Primary Responsibilities : Build and maintain productive business relationships with referral partners, including realtors and lenders.
Coordinate with other industry professionals to prepare closing document packages. Conduct real estate closings and ensure a smooth transaction process.
Perform additional tasks as required to support the business. Requirements : Experience : Must have an established book of business.
Skills : Self-starter with outstanding attention to detail. Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication.
Positive and upbeat demeanor. Professional appearance and dress. Education : High school diploma or equivalent (required).
License : Escrow Officer License in the state of Utah (required). Compensation : Pay : $50,000 - $150,000 per year (Full-Time Base Salary + Commissions) - Negotiable based on experience and book of business.
Benefits : Paid holidays and generous time off. Flexible schedule. Paid time off. Schedule : Full-time position. 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
