Role : Envelope Engineer / Project Manager
Location : Bridgewater, MA
Compensation : $75,000 - $160,000+ DOE
POSITION SUMMARY : We are on a mission to protect and restore New England through building envelope sciences and structural engineering.

DUTIES AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Must be willing to come on site 5 days a week
- Work on projects ranging from brand new to 150+ years old
- Prepare detailed designs, plans, specifications, and reports
- Attend pre-bid and pre-construction meetings
- Maintain a basic knowledge of renovation, building codes, and industry standards
- Must be open to local travel throughout New England
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or similar
- 2+ years of experience in Building Technology, Structural Engineering or Architectural Engineering, or Structural Rehabilitation
- Must have your EIT certification (PE is a big plus!)
- Must own a valid driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
