The duties and of the Manager position ensure exceptional guest service and team member satisfaction. These duties include but are not limited to the following :
- Maintaining and increasing our member base
- Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain top talent
- Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; in-the-moment coaching, role playing, and training
- Stay updated on all services, products and promotions, be diligent in setting the example for your team
- Set individual team member and overall Retreat goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals
- Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal as well as team goals
A strong candidate will possess the following :
- At least 1-year face to face sales or retail management experience
- Some experience in Massage or Spa membership sales
- Strong leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 1-year experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Must be able to work varied hours to include weekends, evenings, holidays
Compensation : $53,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
