As a Product Manager in Digital Account Opening and Activation Tean, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.

Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Job responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Manages key stakeholder relationships critical to supporting the product vision, strategy, objectives, discovery and delivery of program initiatives.
  • Be empowered to solve customer problems in ways that our customers love, and works for the business.
  • Focus on outcomes not output and use data & metrics to measure success.
  • Ensures commitment for dependencies across products both internal and external.
  • Analyzes, evaluates, and overcomes product challenges, and provide transparency to stakeholders
  • Adheres to JIRA standards including supporting documentation -maintain evergreen documentation for both current state as well as historic audit documentation
  • Supports quarterly increment planning with agility leads across all impacted parties Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience with risk management and fraud prevention tools
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of independence, has a bias towards action, and willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure projects are tracking towards success
  • Excellent written / verbal communication and strong presentation skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborates and can build strong relationships across the firm and with external partners, flexible with changing priorities
  • Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle
  • Experience with Application Programming Interface (API)-based designs, Kafka driven architecture, JavaScript stack
  • Familiarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase Account Opening
  • Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
