Salary : $130K - $153K + 10-15% bonus, Stock

About the Company :
Our client, a leading energy company based in Des Moines, Iowa, is seeking an International Tax Manager to join their team.
This position will play a pivotal role in managing international tax matters and ensuring compliance with tax regulations across various jurisdictions.
Responsibilities :
Manage international tax issues, including U.S. income tax, foreign tax jurisdictional matters, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with ASC 740 and accurately reflect the impact of international operations on financial statements.
Participate in annual planning and budgeting processes, developing strategies to optimize tax efficiency.
Must-Haves :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of international tax experience
Proficiency in income tax accounting compliant with ASC 740 regulations
Knowledge of foreign tax laws
Nice to Have :
Previous experience in the energy sector
