Get to Know This Role

The Finance Systems and Process Analyst optimizes financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

The role acts as a bridge between Finance and IT, acting as a key user for the company ERP, while working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

The role maintains strong internal controls, ensures adherence to regulatory requirements while providing training and support to end users and stakeholders.

This position reports to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

What You Will Do

• Act as ERP finance project lead, and key user, with cross-training responsibilities into the rest of the finance department.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance finance systems (ie. Essbase) and process automation (ie. PowerApps).
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and document existing financial processes and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for automation, streamlining, and cost reduction.
• Partner with IT to develop and implement system enhancements and integrations.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot financial systems.
• Provide training and support to end-users on financial systems and processes.

Please Apply if You Have

• Bachelor's Degree Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field required
• 2 years Experience in a finance role required
• Experience in a finance systems analysis role preferred
• Business Central experience preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., ERP systems).
• Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Additional Requirements to Consider Before Applying
