Job Summary :
As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of various events. Your responsibilities will include setup, coordination, and teardown of event activities, as well as providing excellent customer service to guests and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with event setup, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.
- Provide support during events, including greeting guests, checking in attendees, and managing crowd control.
- Serve food and beverages, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout the event.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Assist with event teardown and cleanup after the event concludes.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or event management is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and move items up to specify weight as needed.
