Project Coordinator
Position Summary :
The ideal candidate is initiatory, organized, comfortable in a fast paced environment, and determined to provide our clients with the highest quality service possible.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to work at an office in a position that requires problem solving, maintaining construction project finances, and creatively utilizing his or her construction experience to upkeep project timelines and organization within Procore.

Job Responsibilities :
- Detailed / hands-on knowledge of company operations & finances
- Preparing / reviewing Budgets, cost estimates, Change Orders, Direct Costs, and various reports within Procore
- Utilizing the PBS Cost Code system for all finances within Procore
- Managing job profitability while informing necessary team-members of the above
- Ensuring proper accounting, document organization, tool utilization, and more within Procore for assigned projects
- Preparing necessary documents for upper management as needed
- Identifying and managing potential office challenges
- Effectively resolving any delays, emergencies, and office issues that may arise
- Tracking and reporting progress while discussing technical matters with project team and upper management via Procore, email, and phone calls
- Must be willing and prepared to assist with tasks necessary to achieve goals and success
- Must readily and professionally communicate with and assist the upper management with various Procore financial related tasks
- Making calls / preparing & sending emails
- Performing research to obtain information when necessary
- Will be point-person responsible for communicating with need-to-know PBS team members to assist with Procore related challenges / tasks
- Gathering documents to prepare for meetings
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate Procore records and ensuring that project teams are as well
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills :
- Procore Project Manager : Financial Management at General Contractor certification (3hrs)
- Project Manager : Core Tools at General Contractor (1.5hrs)
- Project Manager : Project Management at General Contractor (3hrs)
- 1-3 years of experience within the construction industry with an in depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles
- Thorough knowledge of construction & general contracting
- Google Suite
- Microsoft 365
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment and think critically under pressure
- Must be professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual / timely
- Team-oriented, collaborative, resourceful, positive attitude
- Proactivity, self-direction, results-oriented, & excellent time management
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, upper management, and more (email / verbal)
- Ability to create and support positive team health and morale
- Excellent interpersonal and creative skills
- Ability to maintain focus on goals combined with the flexibility to pivot when necessary
- Driver's License
Work Location : In person
Job Type : Full-time
$55,000 to $65,000 per year salary subject to negotiation
