Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for an Assistant Manager that has enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, and ideally has more than one years experience in a similar environment.

- Leading a staff of service professionals and overseeing daily operations of the spa
- A passion for working with people in a sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to coach while taking direction from the spa manager
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences in spa services and retail operations
- Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days / evenings / weekends / holidays
- Strong organizational / planning and computer skills
- Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials

Compensation : $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
