Director of Nursing Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless and comprehensive approach to resident care.
- Manage staffing levels, schedules, and budgets to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident care plans, making necessary adjustments to meet individual needs.
- Address and resolve any concerns or issues related to resident care or staff performance.
Director of Nursing Qualifications :
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Experience in a leadership role.
