From basic companion care (which includes, but is not limited to light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, etc.

to more integral personal care (which includes, but is not limited to incontinence care, transferring, dressing and bathing, etc.

our Caregivers provide a wide range of services. They also may work a variety of shifts, from 1-24 hours (live-in), over weekends, at night, in the morning, etc.

About Us :

We have been in business for over 11 years now. Our main office is located in Framingham and we have cases in Metrowest, Worcester, and Franklin.

We pay more than most agencies (more details on pay rates below). Working as a certified nursing assistant (CNA), home health aide (HHA), or personal care attendant (PCA) with Always Best Care means being treated with the respect and recognition you deserve! We appreciate our caregivers and the selfless work they do to aid the elderly in their communities.

Therefore, we offer each Caregiver of the Month a $50 gift certificate of their choice. We also have a referral incentive of $100 for every caregiver or client that our staff refer to us.

What we Offer :

Pay :

• $20-$22 / hour
• $250-$260 / day for Live-Ins
• Mileage Reimbursement of 0.51cents / mile

COVID 19 SAFETY POLICY :

We take the safety of both our caregivers and clients very seriously. We provide all caregivers with all necessary PPE and COVID support.

We also provide all necessary documentation for our employees to get their COVID 19 Vaccine.

COVID-19 Precaution(s) :

Additional requirements include :

• At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting is a plus
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills
• Reference required
• Proof of a TB test taken within the last 5 years showing clear results
• Must be able to pass background check
• CNA, HHA, and BLS / CPR training a plus
