LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in St. Louis, MO. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated ability to maintain accurate financial records and supporting teams.

Job Description :
Invoice Management Prepare and send invoices to customers promptly. Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments.
- Payment Processing Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data.
- Customer Account Management Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
Collections Contact clients for overdue payments and manage the collection of outstanding accounts. Generate age analysis and review AR aging to ensure compliance.
Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc.
Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts receivable reports. Maintain accounts receivable files and records.
Assist with month-end closing and reporting as necessary.
Dispute Resolution Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes. Research and resolve account discrepancies and billing issues.
Qualifications
- 1+ year Accounts Receivable experience preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with billing and collections procedures.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
Pay Details : $40, to $50, per year
