- Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys landscape maintenance and snow removal procedures and processes, and be able to fluently communicate those to the current and prospective clients.
- Maintain and protect the companys professional image while interacting with clients and crew, and while performing other job duties.

- Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.
- Attend client networking events and outings.
Education :
- Highschool Diploma
- A four-year degree is preferred, but not required.
