The Medical Office Assistant works with clients and families to communicate, coordinate and schedule their care.
Primary Duties of this position include :
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
- Working with clients and families to meet their scheduling needs
- Communicating care needs to caregivers assigned to clients
- Conducting home visits to ensure quality of care
- Assisting with other office support duties
Qualifications include :
- Minimum of 2 years office experience
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Compensation : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
