Job Description : Lifeguard
Position Reports to : Park Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Leads
Job Purpose Summary : Ensure all guests have a safe and enjoyable time at the park.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise guests and ensure they are following all park rules.
- Greet guests and help them complete waivers.
- Test and inspect park trampolines for safety and maintenance issues.
- Party set-up and clean-up.
- Keep park areas clean.
- Janitorial duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements : Ability to stand, jump, and move around for long periods of time. Ability to watch and communicate.
Ability to lift 20 lbs. or less.
Key Qualifications :
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to understand and use various computer software
- Ability to work nights and weekends REQUIRED
- Must become certified in CPR and first aid within the first few weeks of employment.
Job Type : Part-time
Pay : $16.26 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours : 8 20 per week
