This is a full-time hybrid role as an Insurance and Financial Services Professional at New York Life Insurance Company in Charlotte, NC.
The role involves working on-site in Charlotte with some flexibility for remote work. As an Insurance and Financial Services Professional, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing insurance and financial services, communicating with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Compensation :
$60,000 - $120,000+ yearly
Responsibilities :
- Develop strategic plans for clients based on insurance needs and financial goals
- Communicate regularly with new and existing clients around industry updates, adjustments to portfolio needs, and life changes that necessitate financial planning flexibility
- Create a custom practice for yourself with the tools and resources from a Fortune 100 company including marketing outreach, financial training / licenses, designations, and incentives
Qualifications :
- Insurance and Finance skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in insurance services
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to become securities licensed within first six months (paid training) for Series 6 / 7, 63 / 65, or 66
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
