Description
About the Role : As a Communications Coordinator at Lift Forward Direct, you will be responsible for managing and streamlining internal and external communication efforts.
You will craft clear, compelling messages to support our brand’s voice, ensuring our messages reach the right audience and reflect our core values.
This role is key in promoting effective communication and fostering strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the company’s mission and services.
- Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
- Manage the company’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Coordinate internal communications to ensure employees are well-informed and engaged.
- Respond to media inquiries and act as a liaison between the company and external partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to align communication strategies with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Communications Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using communication platforms, including social media and email marketing tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with public relations or corporate communications is a plus.
