Dental Territory Sales Representative
Lakeville, IN Job Type Full-time Description We are Looking for Territory Sales Representative Who :
- Has a desire to be a business partner with dental offices, not just a sales representative.
- Is driven to have profitable sales growth by developing, maintaining, and advancing accounts by regularly contacting dental offices within a territory.
- Is versed on dental office products and services, and industry information.
- Spends time understanding the competition and can articulate to dental offices what makes Midway, the company to partner with.
- A strong initiative with exceptional customer service, planning and organization skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate are required.
- Achieves monthly, quarterly and yearly territory sales targets.
- Is a creative thinker, wants to take initiative, be one step ahead and loves to solve customer challenges.
- Believes in inclusiveness, stewardship, quality, teamwork and is service focused
Requirements In this role you will need :
- 2 years sales experience. Industry experience selling a medical device, capital equipment, dental, or other relevant preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- General computer proficiency (MS Office)
- Valid drivers license.
- Business & Marketing knowledge : Ability & comfort having business discussions (Cash Flow Analysis, ROI, P&L) and asking the right business questions.
