• Pay $12.00-$14.00 p / hr plus tips! (Baristas report earning at least $14-16 p / hour including tips, although a concrete tip amount cannot be 100% guaranteed)

• Pay : $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
• Expected hours : 15 - 30 per week

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with each customer
• Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines
• Suggest complementary / additional products, merchandise, and gift cards
• Manage cash drawer, following established cash handling procedures
• Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines
• Operate and maintain the cleanliness of all store equipment
• Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, and supplies
• Keep the work environment sanitary and organized
• Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer
• Work as a team and communicate with all staff members
