About the Team
Constellation Schools are seeking highly-qualified Maintenance - Summer Help in Cleveland, Ohio, to perform maintenance tasks at multiple worksite locations.
About the Opportunity :
Responsibilities include :
- Grounds work including, but not limited to grass cutting, weeding, mulching, bed edging, garbage pick-up, maintain flower beds, trim trees / shrubs.
- Serves as a maintenance helper to the skilled maintenance technicians.
- Assist in the installation and moving of furniture, equipment, cabinets, shelving.
- Assist in the installation, repair, care of carpets, floors, ceiling tiles, doors, glass, walls.
- Prepares surfaces for painting.
- Maintains records of time, costs and materials as needed / requested.
- Operates a wide variety of tools and equipment used in the maintenance trades.
- Maintains regular attendance.
- Performs unskilled work in the maintenance and repair of equipment, components, systems and facilities.
- Operates tools and equipment used in the specific trade to which assigned.
- Maintains routine records related to work performed.
- Understands and follows oral and written directions.
- Works cooperatively with others.
- Meets schedules and timelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Lift objects weighing up to 80 pounds.
- Able to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
